Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.
Shipping Time
- Average Delivery Time: 5 – 10 business days.
- Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions). While most packages arrive on time, delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping company, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To cancel your order, simply send us an email with the subject line
- “CANCEL.”
Incorrect Address
- If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct information.
- Address corrections can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Damaged Items
Although we take extra care when packing each item, about 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
We will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
